Hey there, warriors. Today I want to talk about a topic that is probably on the mind of a lot of artists and creators out there. AI. Specifically chat GPT. The big question I’ve been hearing and seeing a lot is, will AI replace artists, writers, creators, etcetera?

And the answer, I think, is yes, but not in the way you think. Now, if you want to make writing or art your career, you’re gonna have to do some things you don’t want to do. You’re gonna have to write emails, write marketing ads, write social media posts, write a lot of things, do all the things that take time away from making art. But if you know how to utilize chat GPT, you can have it help you do all those things. You can ask it to write an email for you, you can give it a subject, give it the purpose of the email and some details.

It will write it for you, and then you can edit it based on anything you want to include or your personality. You’re always going to want to add your own spin on these things. But the point is, you can get the chat GPT to do the hard part. There was a tweet floating around and I apologize, I don’t remember who it was from, but basically the idea was we don’t need AI to create art. We need it to write emails and order our groceries and do all those things so we have time to create more art.

And I agree. Is chat GPT going to replace artists? Maybe. But it’s going to replace the things that we don’t want to do and give us more time to create art. So don’t be afraid of it.
